HTC is taking a page out of Samsung’s book and has announced a stock Android version of its flagship HTC One.
The device will be available through Google Play starting June 26 for $599. The Google Edition of the HTC One will run an untouched version of Android 4.2.2 out of the box. Initially the device will only be available on the United States and in silver.
The unlocked HTC One Google Edition will run on both AT&T and T-Mobile and will support high-speed LTE on both networks. The device will also have 32GB of built in storage.
Google announced a stock Android version of the Samsung Galaxy S4 at Google I/O earlier this month. Now, users are able to purchase the top two leading Android handsets without the skins their manufacturers ship them with.
