Jabra today announced its newest Bluetooth headsets, the Jabra Motion series, which the company says were made to make multitasking easier for the employee on the go.
The headsets come in two types: the Jabra Motion and the Jabra Motion UC. Both come equipped with motion sensors and microphones that enable the headset to boost the call volume when in a noisy environment, answer a call automatically upon picking it up, and turn off automatically upon setting it down.
The sets also feature a foldable boom for added portability, NFC functionality, and compatibility with Microsoft’s Lync 2013 unified communications platform. The Jabra Motion UC, however, has a higher wireless range of 300 feet from a connected computer, smartphone or tablet.
The Jabra Motion headsets sport 7 hours of talking time, with 15 days of battery life in standby mode. Pricing details were not given, but TechnologyGuide has reached out to Jabra for further info and will update if and when any response is given.
