\"XboxMicrosoft still hasn’t given a specific date for the Xbox One’s launch, only announcing that it’ll arrive sometime in November. Whenever it does arrive, it’ll cost $500 or £430. Last week, the company revealed that it had to scale back the console’s launch from 21 total countries to 13.

Microsoft announced the launch lineup as part of its conference at the annual Gamescom convention in Cologne, Germany. During that showing, it also revealed that those who pre-order an Xbox One in Europe will get a free copy of FIFA 14, that it will release a Call of Duty: Ghosts bundle in the region, and that Ghosts will have dedicated servers for the console. It formally detailed its indie self-publishing initiative too, and it briefly confirmed a new entry in the Fable series, Fable: Legends.
