Windows 8 has convinced manufacturers to think outside the box with the latest notebook designs, especially since the best way to make use of Windows 8 is via \’touch\’. So far, the most basic update has come in the form of touchscreen displays on standard notebook designs.

Other devices, such as the HP Elite Book 10 and Lenovo Yoga notebooks, employ swivel screens that quickly transform notebooks into tablets. Watch the video from TechnologyGuide Test Lab Director Barney Morisette to learn more about these unique notebooks and to see how manufacturers are responding to Windows 8 with their latest designs.
